Jo Thomas is her Home Studio March 2015 for Female Pressure.
Jo Thomas is a composer and artist. She works mainly with electronic sound and has written music with computer technology for around 30 years. Jo is actively involved in the promotion of Women in Music and Technology. She is the founder member of FeMusTech a group set up to support women in Stratford, London.FeMuseTech is supported by a Civil Engagement grant from the University of East London. Jo’s music is internationally acclaimed. In 2012 she won the Golden Nica for Digital Music’s in Prix Ars Electronica.She is released by Entr’acte,Tape Worm and NMC Recordings She is a senior lecturer in Music at the University of East London.
