The “ Equipo Elevador ” presents ADD a series of improvisations recorded in a studio in an analogic tape.
The three pieces have been treated with sonorities which we have been working with for the last years always within complex and formal compositions bearing in mind that they are worth it by themselves , we have decided to free them and let them be in the limelight .
The reason of using tapes , is to utilize the background sound always present at all these reproduction of this support ,obsolete and that everybody avoids nowadays the same as digital peaks and noises in general produced by the instruments themselves which we use to make them part of the piece.
El Equipo Elevador presenta ADD, una serie de
improvisaciones grabadas en estudio a cinta analógica.
Los tres temas son básicamente registros por donde hemos estado trabajando durante estos últimos años formando parte de piezas más complejas y formales. Hemos querido “liberarlos” en cierta manera para que aparecieran un primer plano considerando que tiene la suficiente sustancia por sí mismos.
El porqué del uso de cintas es servirnos del sonido de fondo siempre presente en todas las reproducciones de este soporte, caído en desuso y tan evitado actualmente al igual que picos digitales y ruidos en general producidos por los propios aparatos, los cuales manejamos haciéndolos formar partes de la pieza.
