All of you who think it is all fresh and hip and happening in Berlin, will have a chance this saturday to break the mirror of the ‘have a nice day’- culture and see what low life in a big city is about. You may aready have encountered our neighbor. We didn’t. But we know he has kept track of every movement we made.

From his notes that finished on the landlord’s desk we now know there were noise disturbances on 23.05.09 between 22.00 and 00.30. Four other cases were reported.

Instead of describing the players of this evening to you, I have to inform you about the dangers that an evening out in Berlin Neukölln will bring to you. On thursday 25 June a rally will be held in the town hall of this district. Worried citizens will send out an SOS. Their view: the neighborhood is turning into a red light district, with illegal prostitution, women-, drugs-, and arms trafficking, bribery, violence and noise disturbances. That’s our street!
