2009 theme : “the City”
Elektramusic vous informe de l’édition 2009 du concours international de composition électroacoustique “Russolo”, organisé désormais par le Studio Forum d’Annecy, en collaboration avec la fondation Russolo de Varese dirigée par Gian Franco Mafina et Rossana Maggia (Italie), Elektramusic (France), Gràcia Territori Sonor (Barcelone, Espagne), Experimental Studio Slovak Radio, Monochromevision (Moscou).
# Le concours est ouvert aux candidats de tout pays, compositeurs, artistes, âgés de moins de 35 ans au 30 novembre 2009. Il comporte la première année une seule catégorie. Chaque candidat ne peut concourir qu’avec une œuvre unique.
# il ne sera demandé aucune participation financière aux participants du concours
# L’œuvre aura une durée comprise entre 8’ et 12’. Elle aura pour sujet le thème de la ville, existante ou imaginaire.
# L’œuvre sera envoyée avant le 30 novembre 2009.
# Il sera attribué : un prix Luigi Russolo à une œuvre électroacoustique respectant le thème de la ville, un prix Rossana Maggia à une œuvre électroacoustique utilisant des voix ou onomatopées, et 4 mentions dont une par G. Franco Maffina.

Elektramusic is pleased to announce the 2009 edition of the “Russolo” International Compositition Contest, which is now organised by Studio Forum in Annecy (France), with the partnership of Luigi Russolo-Pratella Foundation (Varèse, Italy), ElektraMusic (Strasbourg-France), Gràcia Territori Sonor (Barcelona, Spain), Experimental Studio Slovak Radio, Monochromevision (Moscow).
# The contest is open to composers and artists of all nationalities aged under 35 on November 30, 2009. There is only one category for this first edition. Each contestant must submit one work only.
This is a no entry fee contest.
# The work will last between 8’ et 12’. Its theme will be the city, real or imaginary.
# The work will be sent before November 30, 2009
# Three prizes will be awarded : a Luigi Russolo Prize to an electro-acoustic work respecting the theme of the city, a Rossana Maggia Prize to an electro-acoustic work making use of voices or onomatopoeia, 4 mentions (included one by G.Franco Maffina).
