Radia is a network of independent radio stations who have a common interest in promoting and producing artworks for the radio, and in forming projects based on broadcasting and cultural exchange. We produce a weekly radio show that is broadcast by each of the member radio stations. Our shows represent the local artistic community of each station, whilst at the same time these new works point to an emergent collective notion of self-determined art for radio.
This is radio show # 284 of season 24 of the Radia weekly comissioned radio art programs. It was submited by Radio Campus.
It was broadcasted in all Radia stations in the week of 5 to 11 September 2010.

Semantik live at Radio Sonic 2010
This show is a live performance made during Radio Sonic, the 4 days long webradio that Radio Campus Bruxelles operated the previous week, to announce a sound art festival in Belgium called City Sonic.
In the place we were working (Les anciens abattoirs), we met a sound artist working with devices that interrogate our relation to the body and territories. Audio Geolocalised derive & sound installation. He kept sounds he made and transformed to create this live performance one night. Here’s the copyleft result.
Member of the collectif APO33, he’s also performing as live dj with experimental breakcore set, under the name of Semantik.
