Convocatoria abierta para proyectos artísticos de producción Musical vinculada con Tecnología y Neurociencia (2012-2013)

Phonos convoca una nueva beca de creación con el objetivo de promover la producción experimental musical (música electroacústica, mixta, electrónica …) con la ayuda de sistemas informáticos de generación de sonidos e incorporandoelementos propios de la neurología y la percepción sensorial. Esta nueva beca cuenta con el apoyo del Observatorio de la Comunicación Científica a través del proyecto europeo KiiCS, un proyecto que busca construir puentes entre el arte, la ciencia y la tecnología para potenciar la innovación.
Se otorgará una única beca que incluye una dotación económica de 3.000 €, el autor beneficiario de la beca podrá disponer de los equipamientos de Phonos y UPF, una asesoría básica por parte de Phonos para producir la obra y el asesoramiento desde el punto de vista de la neurociencia por parte de investigadores de la UPF.

Phonos announces a new creation grant in order to promote experimental music (electroacoustic music, mixed, electronics …) using computer systems to generate sound and incorporating elements of the neurology and sensory perception. This new grantis supported by the Observatori de la Comunicació Científica through the European project KiiCS, a project aims to link art,science and technology to foster innovation.
There is one single grant that includes a funding of 3,000€, the opportunity to use the equipments and facilities of Phonos andUPF, basic assistance for the production of his/her work and advice on neuroscience by researchers at the UPF.
